A Call To Peace

Let’s cultivate peace—within ourselves and in the world around us.
When we transform ourselves, we transform the world. But how do we actually begin? It starts with a conscious choice to cultivate peace from the inside out. We nurture inner stillness, we choose kindness in our relationships, and we engage with global peace efforts in whatever way we feel called.
Begin with the intention. Think about peace. Speak about it. Visualize it. When you sincerely set the intention to live peacefully, you give your higher self permission to lovingly reveal where peace is missing within you. These insights are opportunities—gifts—for healing. Seek out the tools and support you need to restore alignment, and trust that help is always available when you're ready to receive it.
Look to your relationships. Are there old wounds that still ache? Is it time to truly forgive and let go? One of the most beautiful and accessible practices I know is Ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian prayer for healing and reconciliation. It’s centered on four powerful phrases:“I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”Simple, but deeply transformative. Practicing this can dissolve emotional residue, promote forgiveness, and help restore inner peace. For those interested, Zero Limits by Joe Vitale offers an excellent introduction to the method and its modern applications.
Another powerful path to peace is meditating with others. Group meditation amplifies intention. Scientific studies confirm what many spiritual traditions have long known: collective meditation can positively influence communities and the world at large.
My current practice includes a daily meditation guided by astrologer Pam Gregory, focused on co-creating the New Earth. Every day at 2 PM EDT, people around the globe tune in energetically to affirm a world rooted in unconditional love, unity, and harmony. If you feel inspired, I invite you to join us anytime. On a personal note, I’ll be taking a short pause during the first couple of weeks in July for rest and reflection. As some of you know, Awakened Souls Spiritual Shop is closing. I’ll miss Keri and the beautiful space she created, and I’m grateful for all the memories we’ve shared there. I’m happy to say I’ll still be offering in-person Readings and Reiki once a month at Learn Heal Grow on Tazewell Pike in Knoxville.
Stay Tuned for the Lionsgate Metaphysical Fair on August 9th. Lectures all day included in the price of admission, details below.
To all my clients, students, and fellow lightworkers:May your summer be filled with peace, play, and love,
Theresa
